10 x 200 m repeats
1/2 hr abs
3 x 12 hurdles; 3 runs, 12 hurdles each 12.5 m apart. bad ankle.
alternative workout: 3 sets of flyers.
4-5 laps of track w/ 2 sets bleachers each with hill. =2-2.5 miles
conditioning 1st day to test endurance and fitness level.
easy day: all warmup drills w/ 5 sets 1 hurdle over.
new warmup drill added: reg. hurdle but with hop.
warmups:
1. 10 minute jog
2. regular 2 lap warm up with regular warmup sets
3. regular 2 lap warm up with only hurdle drills
k we're going to work out this summer and you're going to whip my butt back into shape. although i think i could take you in a dead sprint (no hurdles allowed)
